The founder, Mr. Lee Chit Heng well known as 非凡匠人, is known as a Master Artisan in the industry. Carrying his legacy, we prioritize freshness, seasonality, and sustainability, while also incorporating cultural heritage and innovation to bring memorable and meaningful flavor to every meal.
In 2010, his son Mr. James Lee sought out his own vision: to expand the product range to nostalgic flavors from his childhood. Southeast Asian sauces and pastes became housed under the brand LUCKY FARMER. Mr. Lee’s philosophy of quality sauces centers on balancing textures, flavors, and aroma to elevate a dish from ordinary to extraordinary.
